After enduring many lean years in Boston, it all came together for Paul Pierce in 2008. This piece captures the jubilation of #34 as he hoists the Finals MVP trophy and soaks in the admiration of Celtic fans everywhere. The Truth is rendered in colored pencil while the vibrant background was done in watercolor for a soft, dreamlike effect.
